Keep your doctor appointment without leaving your home.
Family Medical Centers is dedicated to helping you stay safe while we all slow the spread of the Coronavirus. In order to continue to serve you, we have made TeleHealth – an easy-to-use online live video doctor visit – available to patients so they don’t have to travel to our offices unless they absolutely have to. We are currently using TeleHealth with our current patients, and are working to expand our capabilities to accept new patients in the very neary future.
Why TeleHealth?
Virtual visits will help us all slow the spread of the Coronavirus by reducing the risk of exposure for all TeleHealth eligible patients. You will still be visiting with your local provider, just in a slightly different way for the time being.
How does it work?
It’s really pretty simple. We use the online patient portal called Healow. Healow is both a website and a mobile app. If you are more comfortable using your video-enabled desktop or laptop computer, you can choose to use the Healow website. If you would rather use your web-enabled smartphone or tablet, you can easily choose to download the Healow mobile app available for both iPhone and Android devices.
Our Practice Code for Healow is:
IBDDBD
First, you need to call to enroll.
Enrollment is fast and easy. In order to have a Healow account created, simply call your nearest Family Medical Centers provider’s office, and let them know you would like to enroll. They will ask a couple of simple questions and take it from there.

Scheduling your visits is exactly the same as it has always been. Simply call your provider’s office, and schedule your visit. If you already have an appointment scheduled, it will show up in the Healow patient portal under appointments.
We are always here for you.
Even though you may not be seeing us in person as often as before, we are always here for you. We will remain as accessible as before, and you can reach us 24/7 by calling the office or leaving a message for us in your online Patient Portal.
